Refund and Returns Policy

At GoldLite Mobile Trailer, customer satisfaction is important to us.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in a clear and transparent manner.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
(Updated to meet Google Merchant Center’s required minimum return window.)

After 30 days from the date of delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless required under consumer protection laws.

A handling fee of 5% may apply to approved returns that are not due to product defects or errors on our part.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items (unless defective):

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Sanitary or intimate products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Custom-built or modified trailers

  • Gift cards

These exclusions apply only to non-defective items. If an item is defective, you retain your right to return it.


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Mobile trailers showing signs of use

  • Trailers with scratches, damage, or malfunction not caused by us

  • Items returned with missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 30-day window (if accepted at our discretion)


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. You will receive an email confirming receipt.

  2. You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—processing times vary.

  3. Contact your bank—refund posting may take several days.

6. Sale Items

  • Regular-priced items can be refunded.

  • Sale items can be returned only if defective or damaged; otherwise they are not eligible for refunds.


7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Please include photos (if applicable) so we can assess the issue quickly.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.

  • Once the return is received, a gift voucher will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the order was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


9. Shipping Your Return

To return your product, ship it to:

Return shipping costs:

  • If the product is defective, we cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer pays for return shipping.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

For high-value items (such as mobile trailers), we recommend using:

  • A trackable shipping service

  • Shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
